Andrometrics

Last updated: [SET ON PUBLISH]

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Andrometrics", "we", "us", "our"), covering your use of the Andrometrics web application and related services (the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Andrometrics. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. What the Service is

Andrometrics is an informational and wellness tool that lets you upload your blood-test results, view your biomarkers, and track how they change over time.

The Service is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Your use of it is also governed by our Medical Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms. You remain responsible for decisions about your own health, made together with a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Your account

To use the Service you create an account. You agree to:

  • provide accurate information and keep it up to date;
  • keep your login credentials confidential; and
  • be responsible for everything that happens under your account.

Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. You can close your account at any time from your account settings.

5. The free plan and paid subscription

Andrometrics offers a free plan and a paid subscription.

Free plan. You can use Andrometrics free, with no payment and no card required, to track up to 3 blood tests with full features. There is no time limit on the free plan.

Unlimited subscription. To upload more than 3 blood tests and keep tracking over time, you can subscribe to Unlimited for £49 per year (billed in US dollars at the equivalent price for customers in the United States).

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription.

Unless cancelled, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each annual period, and your payment method is charged for the next year.

We may change our prices. If we do, we will give you reasonable advance notice, and the change will take effect at your next renewal. You can cancel before then if you do not accept the new price.

Cancellation and refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of these Terms;
  • upload data that you do not have the right to upload, or that belongs to another person without their permission;
  • attempt to access other users' accounts or data;
  • copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Service;
  • reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent the law allows;
  • interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Service; or
  • misuse the Service in any way that could harm us, other users, or third parties.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

7. Your data and content

The blood-test files, biomarker data, and profile information you put into Andrometrics are yours. We do not claim ownership of them.

You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service to you — including sending your uploaded PDFs to our AI provider to extract values, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload anything you upload.

How we handle your personal and health data, and your rights over it, are set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. Accuracy and reliance

Andrometrics uses an AI model to read values from the documents you upload, and presents reference ranges, statuses, and trends to help you interpret your data. This information is general and informational, may contain errors, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Your original lab report and your clinician are the source of truth. You should not rely on the Service for any medical decision. This section should be read together with the Medical Disclaimer.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service itself — including its software, design, branding, and content (other than your own data) — belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose while your subscription is active. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without our permission.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Anthropic (AI processing), Supabase (hosting and storage), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email). Your use of the Service may also be subject to those providers' own terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.

11. Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, and we may carry out maintenance, with reasonable notice where practical.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the data shown is correct or complete.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on information shown in the Service for a medical or health decision (which you should not do — see the Medical Disclaimer).

Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to by law. If your subscription or account ends, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION], and disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory protections you have under the law of your country of residence.
