1. The short version
Andrometrics has a free plan — track up to 3 blood tests with no payment and no card.
To track more, you can subscribe to Unlimited for £49 per year (or the equivalent in USD for US customers).
You can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops your subscription from renewing.
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first annual payment. After that the annual fee is non-refundable, but you keep Unlimited access until the end of the period you've paid for.

2. The free plan
You can use Andrometrics free, for as long as you like, to track up to 3 blood tests with full features — no payment, no card, no time limit. When you're ready to track more, you can upgrade to Unlimited at any time.
3. How billing works
Unlimited is £49 per year, billed annually. Customers in the United States are billed in US dollars at the equivalent price.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don't store your full card details.
Your subscription renews automatically each year unless you cancel. Your renewal date is shown in your account settings, and you can cancel at any time before then to avoid the next charge.
If we ever change the price, we'll give you reasonable advance notice, and any change applies from your next renewal.
4. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel whenever you like, from your account settings — no need to contact us.
Cancelling stops your subscription from renewing.
You keep full Unlimited access until the end of the annual period you've already paid for; it simply won't renew after that.
After that, your account continues on the free plan. Your data is kept safe; access to anything beyond the free plan's limit pauses until you resubscribe, and resumes if you do. [Confirm this downgrade behaviour matches what you build.]
5. Refunds
The free plan is there so you can decide whether Andrometrics is right for you before paying anything.
Within 14 days of your first annual payment: if you change your mind, contact us and we'll issue a full refund.
After 14 days: the annual fee is non-refundable. You can still cancel at any time to stop future renewals, and you keep access until the end of your current period.
Renewals: annual renewal charges are non-refundable once taken, so please cancel before your renewal date if you don't wish to continue. (Your renewal date is always shown in your account settings.)
We may make exceptions at our discretion — for example, in cases of a clear billing error or a genuine technical problem that prevented you from using the Service. Just get in touch.
6. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. It can take a few business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be waived. If you are a consumer in the UK, the EU, or another region with statutory cancellation or refund rights, those rights continue to apply in addition to anything stated here.
